IDX Automatically Updated Listings:
Listing information and photos will be updated automatically for you each day.
You'll be able to display every listing that appears in FAAR?s IDX data, residential listings and vacant land.
Home and Land Search:
Find homes by city, school, price range, style, type, sq. footage, number of beds and baths, lake front and with basement. Find vacant land by city, school, price range, acreage and lake front.
IDX Advanced Searches:
Visitors will also be able to click for a more advanced search to narrow the
results by choosing more criteria, such as school district, property type, square footage,
bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. Also ad code, MLS and street search, find a home by the name of a street, print ad code and/or mls number.

Featured Homes and Vacant Land:
Automatically list all your FAAR IDX home and vacant land listings on your home page, updated each day from changes you make in Kinnexus.
Control Panel:

Self Editing Pages:
Put up your own web pages with text and photos! It's quick and easy with our built in editing system. If you can type in text and browse for a photo on your computer, you'll be adding your own pages - as many as you like - in no time.
Contact Manager:
This allows you to manage all of your clients online from one easy location!
All responses are automatically added to your contact manager. View or edit your contacts online from any where.
Site Statistics:
Track the number of visitors to your website, know where they came from and what pages they looked at! View total visitors, visitors per day, daily page view and more.
Contact Form:
The contact form is used to get more detailed information from online contacts. General contact information is then stored in the contact manager of your control panel. An auto response is sent with your contact information, agent photo, company logo and linked to your website. Contact information is then stored in the contact manager. If contacted from a listing detail page you will also receive that MLS number and a link to the listing.
Schedule Viewing Form:
Visitors inquiring about a property would fill out a form that would come to you by email. You get the MLS number and a link to the listing they were asking about. An auto response is also sent out to the client
Homes By Email:
Visitors will be able to request new listings matching their search criteria to be sent to them by email. Emails are sent once each week on Friday
mornings. Homes By Email is currently available for FAAR data only. General contact information is then stored in your contact manager of your control panel.
Free Market Analysis:
A pre-designed market analysis form that sends the request to your email and saves the general contact information in the contact manager, also sends an auto response to the client.
